Here is a picture of Disney with his parakeet friends (from left to right) Petunia, Sunny and Beaker. All Disney did was look at them - not very interested.
Disney has moved into his new cage. The piece arrived and everything fit together as it should. We think he likes it. He has so much more room and is actually playing more with his toys - including the ones I leave on the bottom of his cage.
He is using his feet more when he eats and plays. He gets formula once a day. I bought some various flavors of Crazy Corn which he seems to enjoy along with the fresh fruits and veggies he gets every day.
Disney HATES balloons. I came home this morning, and I noticed he was all fluffed up and growling. I did not know at first what it was, and then I saw a helium filled balloon on the other side of the living room. I moved the balloon out of his sight and he was fine. Later, I took him to the balloon and sure enough he growled at it again!

Manzi absolutely hates balloons too (if he can see them, he growls at them). Maybe since Disney is so young he will get over that. That is great that Disney is playing with his toys and exploring his cage. It took a full year for Manzi to use all of his cage (it looks about the same size as yours). I like the photos and keeping up with the posts. Also, on the forum I sent you a message.
